In a clinical study, it was shown that the consumption of high molecular weight carbohydrates (Vitargo®) allowed athletes to generate more than 10% more power, on average, during exercise compared to other sources of sugars and a 23% increase in total training volume. (Stephens et. al. 2008).

Vitarade® is characterised by its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, thus leaving the stomach faster than other forms of carbohydrates and replenishing energy lost during exercise.

Blood glucose levels after consuming products with different GIs.

Vitarade®  Powder Vitargo®  powder was further enriched with Enduracarb®, a patented source of glucose. In clinical studies, trehalose has been shown not to cause sudden increases in blood glucose levels or high insulin outputs (Yoshizane C et. al. 2017).
